I grew up with a naturally curious mind — House 4 in Gemini. My favourite subject was philosophy and I spent hours lost in books about consciousness, spirituality and the nature of reality.
At 15, my grandmother — my most sacred elder — gifted me a Reiki initiation. That was the portal that changed everything.
AstroYoga was born 5 years ago — from a moment of clarity in the middle of the pandemic. Today we have walked together with over 100 students across 6 generations of the course.
At 22, I volunteered at an orphanage in Kenya, Africa. There I understood for the first time that spirituality can be a privilege. Not everyone has time to meditate, resources for therapy, or a safe space to connect with themselves. Since then I've carried a deep calling: to make the spiritual simple, accessible, and grounded in real life — because I want each of your cells to remember that you can feel alignment, pleasure, and correspondence in this existence, too.
AstroYoga was born 5 years ago — from a moment of clarity in the middle of the pandemic. I had just been laid off from the airline. While I was crying, feeling completely lost, a presence of calm and clarity flooded me. I felt shown the service my soul came here to offer. I believe the foundation of AstroYoga has everything to do with its beginnings: to turn crises into opportunities for growth, to observe life curiously in the face of the unknown, and to see endings as portals that lead us to evolve. Since that day I have followed the guidance of that inner voice — and the more silent I am, the more clearly it speaks.
Three years ago I launched the first generation of my AstroYoga course. Today we have walked together through six generations, and more than 100 souls have moved through this program. Since 2020, over 20,000 hearts tune in to interpret the energy the stars offer us. My motto: "where theory meets practice" — because I believe true knowledge is embodied, lived, and transformed into experience.

My work is about bringing the invisible to reality — manifesting from the subtle what makes our hearts vibrate. I believe self-knowledge is a right, not a privilege, and that spirituality should be simple, accessible, and deeply human.
